Meet Richard Burian, Owner, Founder & the Inventor Behind Good5brations
Growing up in Southern California Richard realized early on that being an artist was in his blood. He received not only a degree in Studio and Fine Arts but another in Design.
He then enlisted in the military to serve his country with the 101st Airborne Division as a paratrooper. Later after two years of service he was attached to the First Cavalry Division and fought in the Ia Drang Valley in the first battle of the Vietnam War and received the Purple Heart medal. He went on to a rewarding career as a painter and sculptor.
Some years later he ended up in the VA Hospital to deal with PTSD from the war. What seemed to help the most was adopting and bringing feline friends into his life and especially one he named TUBBO. There were lots of cats and lots of litter boxes.
Then one day he thought that there had to be a better way. As he was an ecologist at heart he thought of how our landfills are filled with the waste matter from bags of litter. He applied for his patent and created his company Good5brations Inc based on his first signature product, the “Kitty Water Potty “.
Richard had become an inventor and an ecopreneur, thanks to cats like TUBBO.
