SECTION 3 – SELLER OF RECORD
For purchases completed through the Good5brations Collective platform, Good5brations acts as the Seller of Record.
As Seller of Record, Good5brations is responsible for:

• Collecting applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, tariffs, and similar charges where required.
• Administering refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• Managing customer payment processing and transaction records.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency selected by the customer where available.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property from a vendor to Good5brations or from Good5brations to any user of the website.
