REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Good5brations Collective, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Because Good5brations Collective is a marketplace featuring products from independent vendors, return instructions and return destinations may vary depending on the item purchased. Good5brations acts as the Seller of Record and will coordinate the returns process on behalf of our vendors.


30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be authorised before being sent. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

For faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, Good5brations or the vendor will provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.

For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by the vendor.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Where possible, please provide photographs of the item and packaging.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made products.
• Made-to-order products.
• Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants.
• Personal care, health, hygiene, and beauty products.
• Digital products or downloadable content.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance, final sale, or marked non-returnable items.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item, colour, size, or variation, the quickest option is generally to return the original item (where eligible) and place a new order.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers may have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not generally apply to personalised, custom-made, perishable, sealed hygiene products once opened, or other exempt products under applicable legislation.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and similar charges are calculated and collected at checkout.

If a return is approved, refunds will generally include the purchase price paid by the customer. However, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, shipping costs, and other government-imposed charges may only be refunded where recoverable from the relevant authorities, carriers, or service providers.


REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
