We have a no return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement of the same item purchased. The policy of Good5brations, Inc. is to ship the replacement, upon approval, to the customer of purchase. To be eligible, the customer must gain approval by submitting evidence such as a description along with photographs of the defective or damaged goods within 14 days of receipt of the item purchased.
If your evidence is accepted, Good5brations, Inc. will send the customer of purchase a replacement of the same item purchased.
